White Tactile V-Neck Top With Ruching Details
The VAL is a tactile top with a wide V neckline, allowing the top to be worn on or off the shoulders. The top features a center front seam which creates a ruching style, while the back remains solid. The top has fitted 3/4 length sleeves that are also ruched from the cuff to the shoulder. The sleeves are finished with ties that allows you to release or tighten the ruching as desired.
