Our Mission for the Mata Atlântica
At the heart of Anne Fontaine is a deep-rooted reverence for the natural world. Driven by the designer’s lifelong dedication to environmental sustainability, the Anne Fontaine Foundation was established in 2011 to take concrete action in the preservation of the Mata Atlântica—the Brazilian Atlantic Rainforest.
We believe that forests are more than just landscapes; they are essential to the balance and survival of our planet. As one of the most endangered ecosystems in the world, the protection of the Mata Atlântica is critical for global biodiversity. Our mission is to ensure these vital ecosystems thrive for future generations through reforestation projects and community-focused environmental initiatives.
Sustainable Fashion & Eco-Responsibility
Environmental stewardship is woven into the very fabric of our brand. From our signature EcoBags to our annual Forest Day global sales contribution, we aim to raise awareness about the intersection of eco-friendly art and sustainable development. By promoting corporate responsibility, we turn environmental concern into a measurable, positive footprint.
