Return and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue you a refund or exchange for your eligible merchandise.  If you are returning or exchanging an item, please review our policy and return your item(s) using one of the methods below. Items without a completed return form will not be processed.

All items sent back for return or exchange are subject to a full inspection upon delivery. Anne Fontaine reserves the right to decline the return or exchange if it is not returned in a sellable condition deemed by Anne Fontaine standards.

Online Refund Policy:

 Merchandise eligible for refund may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. To obtain a return label for your order, please email returns@annefontaine.com with your name and order number and we will email you a return label for your eligible merchandise.

A $10.00 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when using our pre-paid return label.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We will only accept returns for items with tags attached that have not been worn, altered or washed. Upon receipt of returned goods, ANNE FONTAINE reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet these requirements. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt. We will send an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Though we process your return immediately, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for it to appear on your statement.

Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time. Merchandise returned in store is not eligible for refund, only exchange.

Online Exchange Policy:

Merchandise eligible for exchange may be returned using our pre-paid return label within 30 days of the delivery date. To obtain a shipping label for your exchange, please email returns@annefontaine.com with your name and order number and we will email you a shipping label for your eligible merchandise.

We offer complimentary shipping on exchanges through Annefontaine.com.

We will only accept exchanges for items with tags attached that have not been worn, altered or washed. Upon receipt of returned goods, ANNE FONTAINE reserves the right to deny an exchange if the merchandise does not meet these requirements. We will send an email confirmation once your exchange has been processed.

Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

There are 3 easy ways to return your item(s) for refund or exchange:

RETURN OPTION ONE | Return with UPS

1. Fill out this return form – Include your name, email address, and phone number so that we may contact you if necessary

2. Package your return item(s) in the provided packaging or equally protected packaging to ensure item(s) is/are not damaged in transit.

3. Mail your return with our pre-paid return label obtained by email at returns@annefontaine.com.

A return shipping fee of $10.00 will be applied for use of the pre-paid label on items being shipping for refund, exchanges are complimentary.

 Drop off your package at a UPS Authorized Ship Center or UPS Office. To find your nearest UPS location, visit UPS.com or call 1-800-742-5877.

 RETURN OPTION TWO | Return on Your Own

1. Fill out this return form – Include your name, email address, and phone number so that we may contact you if necessary

2. If you elect to ship without the provided pre-paid label, please send your merchandise back via insured mail to the address below. Anne Fontaine is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

RETURN OPTION THREE | Return to an Anne Fontaine Store

1. Fill out this return form – Include your name, email address, and phone number so that we may contact you if necessary

2. You may return your item(s) to an Anne Fontaine store for an exchange. Refunds for AnneFontaine.com cannot be processed in store. Please call your nearest Anne Fontaine store to ensure the item you would like in exchange is in stock - visit our website for the location nearest you.

 

Boutique Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue you a store credit or exchange for your eligible merchandise.  

Exchange or store credit will only be issued within 21 days of original puchase. The merchandise must be accompanied with the original receipt.

We will only accept returns and exchanges for items with tags attached that have not been worn, altered or washed.

ANNE FONTAINE reserves the right to deny an exchange or store credit if the merchandise does not meet these requirements.
