A $10.00 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when using the pre-paid return label. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Processing Time
Once we receive your return, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow 14 business days for your refund to be issued to the original form of payment. Depending on your bank, it may take 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Boutique Exchanges
You may exchange your online purchase at any Anne Fontaine boutique by presenting your original invoice. However, please note that boutiques cannot process refunds for online orders. In-store purchases must be returned to a boutique and cannot be processed via the website.
Gift Returns
Gifts purchased online can be exchanged for a new item, an Anne Fontaine Gift Card, or refunded to the original form of payment within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund at our expense. For domestic orders, we will provide a prepaid UPS label to expedite the process.
