The CARACAS dress is an unlined, fully embroidered eyelet cotton maxi dress featuring a V-neckline and center buttons for closure. A corset panel at the front waistline and smocking at the back creates a comfortable and close fit. The sleeves are three quarter length and are finished with smocking that release to a flounce ruffle cuff. The cuffs and bottom hem have a delicate scalloped finish.
