Kristy Hurt is the Founder of Kristy Hurt Consulting, a global recruitment & HR Advisory firm, and The Co-Lab, an inclusive professional networking community for professionals in fashion, beauty, retail, digital & the metaverse.
With 20 years experience in the fashion, beauty, retail and consumer luxury business, she has worked with a broad range of clients such as: Goop, Jason Wu, Prada and Tom Ford.
When the 2020 pandemic hit and thousands were losing their jobs due to Covid-19, Kristy launched an accessible, inclusive subscription based networking community platform to connect industry professionals all over the world.

Do the job you're doing now the best you possibly can and everyone around you will notice and the next thing will come. That has generally proven true, although as I have grown in my career I also find it important to look ahead, find your personal career icons, study what they did to get there and follow suit! Also, trust your instincts.
